"I do it!"

Briley has been able to put on her own shoes for a while now however, she has just started showing interest in dressing herself. If you try to help her she admittedly will tell "I do it!"

Last night after her bath she put on her PJ's almost completely by herself. Last week, I caught her in her sock drawer and she was trying to put on a pair of colorful tights. She didn't do to bad!

Happy Mother's Day!

Somehow last year on my 1st official Mother's Day...I didn't get any pics of me and Briley. This year, I made sure Barry took some pics of us before church. I had a good day and Briley gave me a great present....she went potty on the big potty for the first time!!!! We'll see if it continues!

Had to share these 2 pics. What a cutie! And she is starting to look so grown up! I tried to get her to Gig'Em but she just could keep her thumb up. My sweet, sweet baby is getting sooo big!

Updated Puppy Pics

The puppies are really growing and are getting very active. Briley loves to be outside with them! She helps daddy feed them and even walks around the yard looking for poop. When she gets up in the morning she loves to run to the backdoor window and say "mornin girls!"

When some dear friends of ours got a new puppy last summer, Briley feel in love with the pink and green dog bed that they had bought for their new puppy, Polly. So, we had to get her one and since then she has called it her mat. She loves to get out her mat and lay on it to watch Elmo. This week I talked her into give her mat to the puppies. She was a little hesitant at first but finally agreed that they should have it now. From the pics, I think you can tell that the puppies love their new mat! ;)

The Boat....

We had breakfast with Uncle Jack and Aunt Kim on Saturday before heading home. They were headed to the lake afterwards so Briley got to see their boat. She wasn't too sure about it at first but once in it she didn't want to get out. Can't wait for her to go out in it. Maybe this summer!

The Newest Addition to the Family....Jordyn Elizabeth

One week ago today, we were blessed with a new addition to our family! Our second niece was born...Jordyn Elizabeth weighing in at 7 lbs 11oz. She is doing great and we are so glad we were able to go home to meet her.
